How do I place a custom order?
To place a custom order, simply visit the "Custom Order" section on our website and fill out the form with your request. We will review your order, check availability, and respond via email within 2-3 business days to discuss details, design options, pricing, and delivery. Please check your email's Trash or Junk folder if you don’t see our response. If you still haven’t heard from us, don’t hesitate to give us a call.
Is there a minimum order quantity for custom cookies?
Yes, our minimum order for custom cookies is 2 dozen (24 cookies). The number of designs per dozen will be determined through discussion and will directly influence the price.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing custom orders at least 4 weeks in advance. For more detailed or intricate designs, additional time may be necessary. If you need your order sooner, we offer rush orders for a 20% fee. Once your full payment is received, your order will be secured.
Can I request a specific flavor for my cookies?
Our standard cookies are vanilla sugar cookies, but we also offer other flavors upon request, such as chocolate, lemon or gingerbread. Let us know what you prefer!
